In Blackwater City Cemetery you can find a grave with the date 1906 written on it, of course you can also find it with Arthur Morgan. Although the story of the game goes back to 1899 during the time of Arthur.
The most interesting thing is that the city of Blackwater in the time of Arthur is very different from the time of John, and the developers have given you the possibility to go to Blackwater, but they missed this one. - Hry

Like seriously Idk what's going on with rdr2 related content sometimes. Arthur isn't even supposed to be there so why would they change the gravestones like that? It wouldn't make much sense. The buildings are a different thing though. They can be seen from some distance and closely during Sean's rescue mission. So it makes sense for them to make two different versions of it to show how Blackwater grows. But not a tiny little gravestone in a part of the town that Arthur can't even visit normally...
I also mentioned in the video, why is Blackwater in Arthur's time so different from John Marston's time? Many of the Blackwater buildings that existed in 1907 were not there in 1899!
@@lumbagoRDR2 Yeah I know. I've said that in my first comment. You can see Blackwater closely during the mission that takes place next to it. It's not a secret or anything like that. And because of that these changes were added. And they're not very different. What changes the most is the area where a new bank and police station will be built. I think there was no reason to change smaller details because like I said earlier Arthur isn't supposed to be there at the time. That's why it says "1906" on the gravestone. It wasn't overlooked. I think there was just no reason to change it
it was definitely overlooked. they thought people would not make it that far without being killed but you can.
@@malkinmalone Really? What are you talking about again? I'm sorry but for real. Arthur isn't supposed to cannocially be in Blackwater after the failed robbery with the exception of Sean's rescue mission which doesn't even take place in the town. Sure you can try to go up there if you manage but it just breaks the immersion and there's no reason to do that. Also that part of the map is completely fine if you just follow the story and leave it for John. It wasn't overlooked. Once again-if Arthur isn't supposed to be there at the time, then why would they put additional work on such thing??
