It´s a Bullet curving montage, recorded with Fraps.
Sony Vegas Pro 8 was used to cut it.

Just discovered this and i think if this got a modern remaster or they just rebooted it keeping the same general concepts but having improved basically everything else it'd probably be considered one of the best third person shooters on the market if done right.

But it does, there's an option to shoot a guy, and make the path go through another guy next to him. it basically passes through the first guy, and hits the target you were aiming for. so yes. it does go through like in the movie.

hey man sell the rights of wanted over to rock star games, give it some gtav aspects free roam, special abilities, customization, cars, large map, obviously keep the bullet curving in it, a sequel like story line, good graphic, and maybe a multiplayer mode, I think they'd have a good next gen game on their hands

Or it could be better quality to make it look more like Cross and Wesley, an amazing BulletCam affect when curving a bullet, better sound effects, and last a ragdoll death instead of falling back and dying

hmmm i think the enemy that is in the video only once shot and then die, you can also shoot the enemy who holds the shotgun, machinegun and sniper with single blow with bullet curving, try to aim at their head.
