dog have do you directional smelling kinda like our directional hearing, not only can they smell but they can decide which nostril carries more of the smell and go in that direction. this is why he knew to turn and look behind the door and why he kept standing by the door

@@kristnjones5935 Yeah they shed, but as long as you brush and bathe them regularly it's not too bad. Best is to take them to groomer salon at least every other month. They have the nozzles and dryers to get rid of the excess hair efficiently. Then brush in between grooming.
