I started missing Crete and especially Hersonissos since I was born and raised there but now I live in the UK and I wanted to show to my boyfriend how the sea side of Hersonissos looks like and found my self recognising everyone in the Tavernas and restaurants especially some friends too!!! thank you for sharing this video!!!
I had a holiday with my friend in Hersonissos last month and we loved Crete so much we booked another holiday there for next spring! Great atmosphere and lovely people. Lots of interesting shops and a range of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Do take the time to explore the island and go on trips to see the wonderful mountains, national park and points of interest.

Interesting video. Hersonnisos is actually nicer than I imagined it to be. It is still much too big for me to want to stay there though. I prefer smaller, more traditional Greek places.

And there was a Restaurant at Main Street called "La Piscine" with beautiful indoor fountains... Would you be so kind to find out where ir was , and what is in there now . I see people just live their motorcycles on the street. I want to rent motorcycles so I want to know if is it safe to do that. Or we should let in on a close Parking?
