hi, need an advice, please...just bought h1200 and i feel it too slow...me - 85 kg...do you have any experience with h1000, and if yes is it fine as a wing-speed, glide, take off...etc..thanks

the 1200, 1000, and 800 all have the same wing span. As they go down in size, AR goes up. I use the H800 in sub 10mph winds. It is my favorite wing. Great glide and pump and the stall speed is very low for a wing that size. I weigh 83KG and closer to 85 kg with the wet impact vest/wetsuit/helmet. I have been riding the H1000/short fuse/v180 tail combo and really like that combo. The H1200 is noticeably slower than both. Easier to get on foil in the beginning, but after a while, the H800 or H1000 seem just as quick to foil with a little pumping.

@@foilfanatic thanks, that helped a lot !!!...very nice, surprising and inspiring info about h 800 profile at that weight of the rider and that light wind conditions... i suppose it"s needed some technique and time on a water to get on that small foil but what you achieves finallly sounds great...at first i think its wise to get h 1000-it will get the speed I miss with h 1200, get used to it for a couple of months and then h 800 for better performance...btw why is h 800 your favourite?...what more and bettter gives you compared to h 1000?...thanks again

@@danielnovakov6615 The H800 is faster, and might have a better glide than the H1000. It is quicker on the rail to rail but still carves hard. The H1000 is a bit easier on foil and is a bit more of a pillow landing on jumps than the H800. I still ride both. Depends on conditions and how I am feeling.
