- This is my return flight from Dubai on my most recent trips to there. This time I was on the afternoon flight from Dubai International Airport flying on Boeing's mile stone, the 1000th Boeing 777 A6-EGO.

Great video Luke, I flew A6-EGO on the EK025 to Glasgow in August 2015, didn't know it was the 1000th 777. Flown Emirates about 10 times including the A380, but i much prefer the 77/300ER. Rows 46-49 window seats are two seats instead of 3.

Unfortunately the camera is shaking significantly (especially at the beginning inside DXB) which makes the video very difficult to watch continuously without getting dizzy! Have you thought about getting a stabilizer? In addition the zooming in/out also has to be a lot more slow and smoother.
Me personally my favourite is Etihad but Emirates is so close to being my number one cause Emirates was my first flight ever
Also great service they have both are very good airlines also Qatar that's a good airline as well

I was on that same aircraft from gla to dxb a few years ago...
My trip report on DXB-GLA-DXB footage is pretty bad on takeoff from DXB I zoomed in on the engines big fail, nice video by the way!

Cheers Harry!! :-) The flight was amazing, really smooth! The legroom was fairly average as I did feel a bit cramped during the flight... But it's my height that is the problem as I'm over 6ft tall :-P

I wanted to ask you something, it seems like the First and Business class passengers de-boarded using an air bridge while the economy class passengers used the stairs. Is that true ? Because i also saw a gate connected to the aircraft.
Thank you Ali!! :-) Very beautiful aircraft, really want to fly on her again. The air bridge was for all cabins/classes, they use the stairs at the back of the aircraft to avoid congestion and its less time consuming to get off the plane. Anyway I prefer getting off the plane using steps :-)
Love the start up sound of the 777! Does Dubai have lots of cloudy days? Just wondering because its in the desert :p
yoshi669108' Sorry for the late reply :-P Couldn't agree more with the GE90-115B start up! No, Dubai rarely gets cloudy days but they still get them from time to time. There is a higher chance of rain during the months between October to April. But most of the time your guaranteed warm, sunny weather :-P
airplanes1000 no problem! Thanks for the info :) usually the rainy season in most parts of the world are from April to August :P. Was the flight comfortable? Planning on visiting Dubai using emirates xD.
yoshi669108' Its all year round here in Britain :-P Personally for me I didn't find Emirates overly comfortable but that is due to my high as I'm 6.3ft

wecanfly777 If you're referring to my video, then thanks! I used the Mac version of iMovie to get the font, my new trip reports are much better and have the lounge and everything. They should be up soon ;) Also I've seen both of your First Class videos and they're really good! Always fascinated how people like you make a small iPhone camera seem like a full sized DSLR!
