Hey xQc, I highly recommend John Bartholomew's chess fundamentals, with emphasis on defended pieces. From the most basic level all the way to the highest, there's plenty of benefit to focusing on defending pieces and squares. I think the videos will be very helpful, regardless of whether you're an aggressive sac the queen player or positional mastermind. Once you see what's "for free," the "BING BANG BOOM" all falls in place. All the best!

You panicked, and that was your first mistake. Under stress, you are forced to concentrate on a single point which is a weakness in a game where you have to be aware of your surroundings.
Agreed. I do highly recommend some online resources that certainly helped me. I found an advice from an FM that I find helpful. Don't look too deep into one variation. Instead, look at several variations at a shallow depth, and then focus on the one that looks the most promising.
Also, I highly recommend John Bartholomew's chess fundamentals, with emphasis on defended pieces. At the lowest level all the way to intermediate, defending pieces and squares are ESSENTIAL to chess improvement.
He has those skills from being a pro main tank player in overwatch, he just has to apply them to chess

I used to be a chess master, long long time ago lol. What I learn was , both your nights should stick together, they protect each other. In his first game he had a move for his second night to help his first night to help him get some pressure of the pin, and he didn't do it, he used his queen instead. That's why nights should always protect each other

Knights don't always have to protect each other, I mean it can be good if they do, but I think generally It's more important to have them in a good position where they cover many squares. I understand what you mean, since if one knight protects the other one they both pritect eachother, but if you focus too much on that you could possibly give up good squares. I'm no "chess master", this is just what I thought while reading what you said, I'm open to be corrected if I'm wrong.
