I wouldn't take this on the highway. It barely goes 60-65 mph. But if you're going uphill and or are 200+ pounds it's not going to go 65. Don't take it on the highway people.
Quick edit. I realized I may have come off as if I don't like this bike. I do like it. It's a great bike, I just have experienced it. Some people might get the impression this is a highway bike, I just wanted to warn them. But this bike is a great city bike for sure!
does the headlight stay on all the time?
Im doing my research interested in buying something for short distance travel. however my round trip is 10 miles with 3-5 miles steep uphill. would this model be recommended?
would this work for going up hills though? and at least remaining at a speed of 25 mph up the hills?

My tank 200 has a top speed so far of 48mph. I did hit 51 going a little downhill. The vacuum line for the gas tank was not connected, speedo did not work, 2 of the 4 bolts for that front rack sheared off, one of the suspension bolts was missing... BUT.
I really really like it. Like they said, it's lights are ridiculously bright. I'm pretty sure they are brighter than my car. Going around 50 is fast enough that car's kind of question speeding around you in the back roads. I'm changing some of the transmission parts and the spark plug so I can hopefully get it up to 60. I have fixed all of the issues that it had and it starts up perfect every time. Smoothest starting scooter I've ever had. If only I can get it up to 60 some day. I have about 55 miles on mine and people are saying it should get faster as it breaks in.
Also as a reply to myself I have 55 mi on it and I've had to put 3 gallons in so far. So my F150 is better on gas. Very odd
How did you change the oil
@@graciedimas5266 run it a minute and remove the 14mm drain bolt. Let it all drain out, put the metal screen and bolt back in. Get a long funnel and refill. Supposed to be 800ml oil but 600ml filled mine
@tfatalt176 somethings wrong. It should get 70 to 80 mpg. Have it looked at by someone who knows them. I have this scooter, though I only put 50 miles on it so far and it hits 60 easy enough, though I don't want to push it breaking it in yet. My other 150cc gets 75mpg and hits 55 mph regularly. I expect this to do better - but something isn't right with your bike. Take care and best wishes

I wish I had a local dealer to see these scooter in person. It looks as though the Vitacci Force has the most foot-room and then the Tank. The Clash looks like the most cramped for foot space. It looks like a problem with the Tank is that the foot area is squared off so you can't stretch your legs out. The Force and Clash have that "V" shaped front cowl so you can put your feet off to the sides of the cowling and stretch your legs. Would that be an accurate assessment or am I seeing an optical illusion?
The Tank 200 is the best fit for those that are 5"11 -6'-3" Inches
@@ScooterATVSales Wow, that big? That's interesting. Why the need to be so tall for the Tank 200? This is why it's so necessary to actually sit on a bike or scooter. I recently found a local dealer who had one of those GROM clones. I had been doing a lot of research and had the fever to get one. But, once I sat on the bike, the fever was gone. There was nothing I liked about the bike.

I have a Vitacci Tank 200 deluxe. It advertises 62mph but I can only get it to 50mph. I have put 800 miles on it so far and have done all the required maintenance. How do I derestrict it and get the max speed? There is no variator ring on it.
Should be something to do with the cdi box right?
Once you get the front wheel on and the handle bar on it a snap assembling.

How do you set the clock on a speedometer on tank 200?
On the left side of the cluster, hold down the function button for a few seconds until the clock (hour) blinks and re-press as you set the complete time. We will make a video soon on how to set the clock on the Tank 200

I'm 200 lb and get 60 mph easy enough. Slower uphill. I wouldn't take on higher speed roads. The muffler cover plate keeps falling off. Thread lock and heat thread lock don't help. Love the bike though. Rem: your DOT may have far more requirements than a 50cc bike. Here I need Class M license, insurance, registration. Its worth it though.

@ScooterATVSales update. My variator needs replaced now and it uses a different size than other scooters and they're impossible to find. Also the belt is slightly different. You can't get parts. Sorry i bought one now

They mislead with "Tank 200" I though it was 200, I got one, just to discover a week later is a 168cc. 😆 nothing personal with this guy but with manufacturer.
