* Stop using saliva as lube!*

Let me give you 3 reasons that spit is NOT a good alternative to lube
I get it - saliva is always available and is free of cost, and doesnt really interfere with the flow of foreplay. However, there is a catch here. While saliva might sound like a good alternative to commercial lubes in the pinch of time, it is important to understand that it could be dangerous as well
1. Its not very good lube. It dries quickly and has a watery rather than gel-like consistency so it doesnt do much to reduce the friction
2. Risk of passing on infections
3. Saliva contains enzymes that arent very good for the vaginal microbiome
