Thank you for a great presentation. I’ve watched many videos over the last few days and have been loving what I’ve been seeing, but this presentation helped me to finally make up my mind. I paused this video half way through and ordered one! I’m now watching the rest so excited because I know it’ll be here in a few days!!!
Linda, if you do happen to see this, you said you milled wheat in the metal bowl at speed 18 for a minute at a time, but how much wheat can you put in at once?

On your question regarding milling - Linda's advice is to, at a maximum, half fill the metal bowl with grain (wheat, rice, lentils, chickpeas) and run EXPERT 1min/18, repeating until texture is as fine as required. You may need to sift for very fine flour.
