"Čūto tūto" is used in lithuanian folklore songs and dance long ago. People would gather in circle dancing and singing "Čiūto tūto" that doesn't really have translation but it kinda means that if you repeat this you will start hear your breathing and heart. Its about ethnicity

It's embarrasing. She sings Čiūto-tūto with English accent. Unfortunately I can't unhear that.
I just found out that the phrase "cito tuto" exists which means to do something swiftly and safely. Chances are čiūto tūto was never of lithuanian origin so you can't be mad.
