I think it's obvious that NPC's in RDR don't call the cops because only rich people had a telephone back then. Anyways, I agree, RDR's NPC's are better then the ones from GTA V.

It's an older game, but still has probably the most brilliant gore/ballistics mechanics of any game out there, succeeding gta5 by a long shot.

I love how in this game and GTA IV people don't die when you shoot them in the leg, but they start limping. GTA V civilians die too easily

Probably because Sly never uses mods. He does use cheats, but nothing downloadable that makes the game unoriginal, justnpure, unaltered gameplay.
