AKC puts out Numb and The Shore about a father losing his son and going through hell to get him back. A couple years ago Breaking Benjamin puts out the Red Cold River Trilogy, about a father losing his daughter and going through hell to get her back (paraphrasing here). Both in their own right are amazing. So this only means one thing... Benjamin Burnley and Waylon should collaborate on a song together.

These songs hit close home with me and my family especially the song numb. My brother committed suicide and we found him on February 27, 2020. I've been sharing this song in honor of him. Thank you for creating this song and make people more aware of suicide awareness. I hope you see this. My brother influenced my love for rock and heavy metal music. That has never changed about me and never will.

At 2:38. His reaction when he reached over and tried to hold her hand and she pulled away...my god...that was such strong imagery that evoked some deep emotion in me. He just looked so defeated in that single moment. I feel like I’ve felt that same defeat myself so many times. That just really hit me hard. Such a good song and video. Very well done.

Oh they plan on it pretty sure they already have some other new material written that was another of the MANY easons Waylon left Mushroomhead. Said in a interview I read somewhere a while ago that he doesn't believe you should make fans wait 1 - 2 years to hear new music.

Couple of months ago my Uncle David Jaggers committed suicide then two weeks later my cousin Chris Perez committed suicide. Then not being able to do funerals is messed up. I have lost too many friends to suicide. These songs I really relate to.
