This has to be one of the strongest emotional videos I’ve seen put with a song that has unmatched lyrics. Beautifully written song really pulls on the emotions that we carry for our children.
Listened to the band practically every day in high school thinking of you.. missing you. Had so many moments to many of their songs... going to Bluecats/Tonic to see them in TN together... honestly since you passed, I noticed that I would avoid listening to them.. avoiding memories both good & bad to avoid the pain... but.. hearing this song and where it’s new and all this time I’ve been watching our girls grow... it’s nice to have my favorite band Cold back to heal with.. along with new memories. R.I.P Jeremy... The girls and I love and miss you.
Just seen them live. Got to meet. Them. Was waiting for that moment for 21 years. My dying wish! Thank you cold and scooter friends a family for maoong that happen on short notice. Never forget it.
Goosebumps start at about 7 seconds in - They go into overdrive at about 22 seconds in. At about 55 seconds anyone with a conscience is nearly brought to tears. Cold.. Been listening to them for many years and indeed they are such an underrated band. Scooter Ward's voice is just so irrefutably gripping and painfully melodious in a good way.
My mother passed in September and I've been struggling and now my best friend has moved out of our home so this is just hitting on two fronts differently.

Black Sunday is one of my Cold all time favorites ever since my grandmother was buried on a Sunday. Now, this song hits me hard again like so many of the Cold songs ever did. Silence can be painful when you're used to the noise of a loved one...😢
My daughter Jessica intoduced me to " Cold"when she was right out of high school with the song"Wasted Years" she came to me and said "MOM YOUVE GOT TO HEAR THIS SONG" I ask her "who is it by and she said Cold!! Im thinking Coldplay....not into....she said no mom They are called Cold trusr me... So we went for a ride and a whole different perspective came into plwy about my life....Favorite song ever. Then a few years later A different Kind of Pain Crashed in on the shore......I still have a hard time getting through that song... I am this 55 year old crybaby from East Texas. I cried over the whole song for the first year it was out. Then someone tagged me in this song ......Not only the most defining of any song ever recorded but also the most emotional and the video.......omw" Quite Now" That pertains to 99.8 percent of my exact thoughts. Ill probably never get through this one without crying. When any human being can have a body covered in goose bumps within the first three seconds of a song.... that is unworldly ....that is big! Thank you Jessica and Shannon Howard And thank you "Cold"
Glad to see these dudes are still around and putting out music - '13 Ways to Bleed on Stage' was one of those records that was there for me when I needed it most. Will always love this band.
I’m a lucky guy with 2 beautiful daughters so just the thought of going through what the person in this video does guts me every time. God damn you Cold!!!
I grew up loving metallica, Judas priest, iron maiden, but this band I listen to the most. Without a doubt this is my favorite group!!!! COLD!!!! FUCK YEAH
This is why music has a voice. It speaks to so many in so many circumstances globally across decades. Thanks. It explained it all for me using my favorite artistic medium of music that can reach your heart. Such a responsibly for music artists but Cold takes this on and nails it.
I’ll stand up to god like I’m Superman to keep you close to me…… wow just incredible lyrics. This song totally captures the real pain that someone goes through when they lose someone that they love, I know…
I've never met anyone like Scooter before. The music he writes, how he sings, every feeling/emotion comes through. His concerts are exactly the same way. That is why 20 years later, we still sing along to every song like it is the first time we have heard the song. I'm so glad they are back! In a world of uncertainty and sadness, his band, his lyrics bring us comfort.
Talk about a song hitting your heart like train,we all deal with differently, there is no wrong way to deal,we just do the best we possibly can,I lost both my mom and dad,but the quiet times are for me and all my happy memories of them,it still hurts,I guess it always will.Beautufill song from one of my favorite bands, since they started, Love you guys!!!!

After losing 6 people close to me, including my mother and grandmother in 2019, this is a song i've been needing. And i still cry everytime but i love it so much
If you guys are listening i hope you never stop making music. Ive always been the biggest fan of COLD since i was a kid. Your music has helped me. I love this song and i love you Mr Scooter Ward with respect. Nothing Out There Sounds Like This Band and no one ever will so don't stop making music cos this journey ain't over. I Love COLD!
This has to be one of the strongest emotional videos I’ve seen put with a song that has unmatched lyrics. Beautifully written song really pulls on the emotions that we carry for our children.
I haven't waited so many years for your return to listen to this and cry :'(
No words can explain how this song hits me so bad. So underrated yet here we are (few people/fans), appreciating their art.🤘🖤
❤❤❤
Blue cats and Tonic! I've had some great nights there... I'm from Knoxville. Even CZcams can be a small world. Good vibes sent your way...
Saw cold in Pittsburgh last year at a bar so up close and personal the emotion he puts into this song and every song actually just amazing.
I was there at the Crafthouse and got to meet Scooter outside what an amazing guy
Miss u mother , miss u father , miss u Grand ma , ill take care of Anna until its time to meet you .
Beautifully put.
How many of you are happy that COLD is back?
I was speechless when I found about the new line up and new record.. I LOVE THIS BAND..
Been a fan from the beginning. I had the pleasure of meeting Scooter after a show in Charlotte NC. He was very sweet. The whole band is awsome
How can “anyone” not like this song?! 🥴
Ikr !?! Either heartless or terrible taste in music !! 👍👍
Maybe they still young i guess
Had it not been for Scooter's collab with BB on "Far Away", I don't think I'd have found "Cold". Soooo underrated it's unreal.
Agreed!
My mother passed in September and I've been struggling and now my best friend has moved out of our home so this is just hitting on two fronts differently.
Ole Florida boy still rocking since 86. Gone scooter👌😎
Im not gonna lie, this video didn't hit me until they showed the drawing of the kid...then I lost it...
Don't worry, we're crying right along with you!
@Dizzy Duke yeap. S.W. posted on their fb that they wrote the song for one of their friends that suffered a loss during the time they were writing/recording this album
@@matth531 heavy stuff man, fuck
Scooter doesn't hold back. Good news is his music saves lives, too.
@Dizzy Duke then Aaron wrote Waste to deal with the aftermath of Outside.
Yup. I cried. Simply beautiful! Bravo guys!
Black Sunday is one of my Cold all time favorites ever since my grandmother was buried on a Sunday. Now, this song hits me hard again like so many of the Cold songs ever did. Silence can be painful when you're used to the noise of a loved one...😢
Why am I just hearing this now? What a voice!
I am literally amazed by how beautiful and heartbreaking this song is. It's also kind of fitting to what we're all going through right now
Beautiful song. COLD gets better and better...my favorite band on the planet. Got the COLD spider on my rt foot...these guys have changed my life
Changed my life as well, definitely makes everything more clearer in life.
I agree. I still say Colds music helped me get clean and sober. They are not only life changing but in a way life saving.
@@alanwiggins47 saved my life n sobriety too...
This band Saved my life from memories of being down range.
Scooters voice is my younger memories. And to hear him again...man. Brings tears to the eyes.
So agree!! Scooter and his music has helped me so many times!
Have you heard 13 ways to bleed on stage by cold check out no one that album is amazing too
Scooter is one of the best lyricist
XodusOnan ever..

And Singers 🤟🏻🤟🏻
What Scooter? It's not Scooter, Scooter is a German techno band, it's Cold!!!
When you find song for how your feeling in a certain moment this is definitely one of them great track
Que lindoooo verlos de regreso Cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏🙏 continúen haciendo música 🙏 abrazo desde Argentina!
I grew up loving metallica, Judas priest, iron maiden, but this band I listen to the most. Without a doubt this is my favorite group!!!! COLD!!!! FUCK YEAH
seether and cold are the Sound of the soul of heaven.badass songs.
This song totally captures the real pain that someone goes through when they lose someone that they love, I know…
This band was one of my fathers fav bands. he passed back in 2015 and this band is now my favorite band. father like son you could say.
I am hurting so bad, I needed this. My guts hit the ground every day when I wake up. This certainly helps me. Thanks.
This is the third time starting over and emotionally attached from the get go...this is definitely a masterpiece and I absolutely love it...
This song means so much to me. I just can't put into words how it how many emotions I have after watching this
Just found this amazing song
I've never met anyone like Scooter before. The music he writes, how he sings, every feeling/emotion comes through. His concerts are exactly the same way. That is why 20 years later, we still sing along to every song like it is the first time we have heard the song. I'm so glad they are back! In a world of uncertainty and sadness, his band, his lyrics bring us comfort.
Favourite song on the album.
I've loved this band for 22yrs.
This song and video. Wow. ..
I lost the love of my life last year. This song tears me apart. Thank you.
So great to hear my favorite band even after 15 years! Love from Turkey!
I'm in tears. Having had a loss like this
This song just hits me right in the feels... It came on when I was on my way to my grandmothers funeral... just hit hard...
Damn Scooter!!! That voice Never gets old!!
This was needed so much.. thank you Cold, for always being there for us 🖤🤘🏼🕷️
