The pier is awesome!
Thank you for this. Love Jennette's Pier. You did an absolutely fantastic job on this. Very informative, relaxing tour.
This place is amazing!!😊❤
One of the nicest piers anywhere! And the crazy currents in that area produce treacherous waves in different directions.
Great video! I love Jennette's Pier, but have always been too scared to walk all the way to the end. Thank you for taking me there in your video!
I miss the old Jennette's Pier more.
Me too.
I ate in the restaurant many many times and played in the arcade all the time. Always stayed at Ocean Side Court about a mile up the street. Would ride my bike down and spend a couple of hours in the arcade or fishing on the pier with my dad.
@@WallieB26 I stay at the Sea Foam every August for about a week. I love it at OBX.
I have not been to the ocean since 1987 and that was in Lincoln city Oregon and so to see this was so unbelievably beautiful especially out on the far tip of the pier thank you so much for bringing us along it was absolutely beautiful and hopefully one day I can see it before I die
Great video and good information too. I have been to this pier once but it was not really open. We definitely need to come back soon. Love the entire OBX area, being from VB it’s not a bad drive for us. Thank you :)
i absolutely love this pier. it’s my favorite
Great video and undoubtedly the nicest pier I have fished from. Look forward to going back
Great video so relaxing with the pier
They did a nice job rebuilding Jennette's Pier.
The beach house I stay in is a half mile south at milepost 17. 8217A
I just love the beach at the outer banks we go every year , great video thanks for sharing
I love the ocean. So relaxing.
The only place where salt reduces blood pressure. From 30 year vet of OBX vacations. 😉
@@1959blee That is so true!! 😊
So breathtaking, Wallie! Thank you for showing us around! :-)
U guys did a good job on your video
I left Pgh a couple years ago to move to North Carolina, and have been wanting to go to Jeannette's Pier, so thanks for the tour! Been loving your OBX videos. ♥️
That ocean was mighty powerful
Awesome video
Now this makes me wanna visit OBX. I better make plans for myself in 2021. Thanks for video. Those waves looked awesome .
Thanks for your great CZcams channel! I'd really love to walk out on Jeanette's Pier. Those waves sure are high. It's really beautiful down there at the OBX! Thanks again, Wallie!
How awesome!! Me and my family live about 2 hours inland and have been visiting the outer banks for over 40 years. Have been everywhere down here including Ocracoke . My dad has done a lot of fishing off several of these piers-Avon,Rondante, Nags Head and Jeanettes . Have visited the Cape Hatteras lighthouse and my dad has finished off of the point, near the lighthouse. My dads been out a few times on half day and full day fishing charter boats . This is beyond paradise !! Excuse my lengthy comment but thanks for making this video !! My dads fished off the end of the pier and very relaxing. Love ❤️ going there and a quick weekend getaway !! Thanks for visiting the Outer Banks !! 😊😊😊
What a cool place! Those waves are impressive! I have never been to the East Coast, I was stationed in California in the Marines in the mid 80’s. Thanks for a great video.
I never went to this Pier until 2017. I'm not much of a fisherman. But loved going out on it in 2017 to take photos. That whit fish at 4:48 right in front was coming right up to me and my son I. May 2019 I still have the video on my phone.
I go to the OBX every year I ❤ it here
Great video I really enjoyed this one. This is exactly the kind of place I would take my family to visit and we've been planning an outer banks vacation off and on for the last 5 years but haven't quite made it how there yet. I'll be sure to hit the locations you've been showing us in your videos!
It was really nice pier.
Is this Jennette's Pier video available for purchase on DVD?
I never thought of that. I only upload on here.
Watch Nagshead peaceful paradise right above this pier.
Did it help the fish bite more
Well it's been about 3 years since you've been to the Outer Banks
Didn't get the notification for some reason, but great video of an awesome place
I was at the Outer Banks in September of 2003. I believe we left a couple days before Isabelle hit.
I'll tell you something you'll be interested in searching up on. The shoreline on the outer Banks is shortening some. For example 21 years ago there was a house far away from the ocean in 2009 when we came back to the outer Banks the ocean was literally underneath a house I don't even know if that house is still standing today. I have heard people say outer Banks shorelines are shrinking.
You & Kayla should get married there & have your wedding reception there!
Nice 😀
Aht here...
👋👍👍 I ❤🐢🐢2!
I wentTo a fishing pier at the ocean at Isle of Palms in Charleston and it was a great ride. And I was caution about the jellyfish that was washed up for sure and ran aground. If I would’ve stepped on that I’d be very much burned all the pieces busting felt like a bad sting!
Nicely done have not seen the new pier yet
Avoid the gift shop, everything is overpriced like crazy. Totally didn't steal a popsocket.
The city view center Wal-Mart is being worked on and Will no longer be abandoed 😥
The vid was from john cassity vid uploaded on may 5

Funny that as I am watching this I got a notification from the weather channel that the first Atlantic depression has formed.
I was really hoping this pier would be closed and you could explore it but this is okay too.
