@12enma12 You could always buy a replacement casing for yours in light pink or another color you want, they were pretty cheap on places like ebay last time I looked. Though you would have to take the risk of transferring the guts of your DS, people do it all time time when part of the housing breaks.

The games are made for different regions, but they all come from Japan. Is it because Euro versions have to be translated into different languages?

the psp has had its height of success (and that werent even high) the ds has been selling constantly well since its release in 2004 and the ds lite came out later, psp games are why the psp is poor, the ds has some of the best games on a handheld to date
depends on your style of games, ive always been a huge fan of mario and zelda and just nintendo, but personally mario isnt for babies most people that play mario games are about 12 years upwards, i think that a 6 year old would find mario games way to hard to complete and as for zelda i struggled completing a few zelda games
