Top cat the movie
That part where he rewinds his dad’s last words of which he never cared about never fails to bring a tear to my eye.
Did not expect that scene to hit that hard haha.
😢
@@nickflix8657 can you react to babe pig in the city movie from 1998
That part is sadder giving that Adam Sandler's real father had just recently passed away. So, the sadness and tears you see during that part are real emotions and he is saying "I love you" more to his real dad.
Yeah this movie was deep
This movie is one of Adam’s most underrated films. It’s such a great movie
I think the same 😊
Right it’s actually I feel
His last good movie maybe just go with it last decent watch
Ikr I mean cmon it inspired the pause challenge on CZcams so underrated.
@@Maxmellow94 I thoroughly enjoyed Sandy Wexler.
That part
I never imagined from the trailers that this movie would make me cry, but boy did I.
see if "eight below" does anything for you
It surprised me a lot
Click took everyone by surprise by the emotional scenes. I've seen that scene at least a dozen times and I still cry every time. His acting is so well done.
But if you want to see a real emotional Adam Sandler movie, watch "Reign Over Me." Its a drama and Adam does a remarkable job portraying his character.
I love Reign Over Me, that one’s my favorite movie with Adam Sandler
Punch Drunk Love is also very different Adam Sandler where you will see glimpse of the talent that man actually has.
Big Daddy is also a good one.
Adam Sandler is a legit great dramatic actor. He was so good in uncut gems, people still complain about how he was snubbed at the Oscar’s.
he was good on that scene because he remember his dad lost year back before rode this movie
This is THE best Adam Sandlers movie of all time.
His arc that ends with him literally sacrificing himself to insure that his son doesn’t make the same dumb mistakes he made always brings a tear to my eye.
I can count on 1 hand the number of movies that have jerked a tear from my face.
Me too, and it still doesn't feel real that, out of all actors, Adam Sandler and Vin Diesel managed to get me choked up!
The first and only Sandler flick to get an Oscar nomination. In this case, for Best Makeup! The person who made Sandler fat in this movie also worked with Eddie Murphy in his own movie Norbit.
I REMEMBER NORBIT
@@itsjustmaddisen Rasputia!
Norbit is a fantastic movie, Eddie plays 3 different people in it, and you honestly couldn't tell!
@@gj9157 "If you hurt my sister, I'm coming for you with razor blades and lemon juice." I don't know why that line is the one I remember from Norbit most, but it is.
Click! I saw this in theaters as a kid. The comedy bits didn't land with me but the emotinal hits did. I was sobbing in this movie
I was 13 with my best friend. We were sobbing so bad
This movie, if you aren't ready for it, can blindsided you right in the feels. It starts out like your average Adam Sandler movie, then takes a hard left into Emotions Town. For personal reasons, the part with his dad always hits me hard.
This is a special flick for me- years after our little two-screen theater closed in town, a larger one opened, and this was the movie my family and me watched. I was not ready for the emotional turns towards the end. ;3;
Never imagined seeing Adam in a dramatic role, let alone that he would absolutely crush it. :P
Never imagined Adam in a dramatic role ? Look his career up. You’re gonna enjoy a lot of surprises.
This movie has a really strong message. If you fast forward through the small parts of your life, you'll end up missing everything. Enjoy every moment of your life because every moment is precious. I wish I remembered that more.
This movie really hits home as a 27 year old guy in the Silicon Valley constantly feeling the pressures of work. I didn't think I'd get this emotional too but the movie resonated with me so much more now as an adult than when I first saw it as a kid with my parents.
This movie just shows how fast life can move and how you should enjoy the little things.
Dude, there is only one other reaction channel on CZcams doing movie reactions with such a wide selection of different shows and movies on a consistent basis as yourself and that's You, Me & the Movies. Both their channel and yours are amazing for reaction fans. Thoroughly enjoy your takes and reflections on these movies. Keep up the great work Nick. Love the channel.
I love this movie, it made me laugh, cry feel angry about his decisions at times definitely one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies I literally had to and tell my family and friends that I loved and appreciated them after watching this movie for the first time like it really struck with the message and all the emotional moments.
I love my dad, he raised me well. All the more because of that I am reminded that I have said and done some awful things to him in my lifetime that I will never forgive myself for. The part where he sees his father for the last time always tears through me and is one of the most painful things I have to see in any movie.
I was so surprised at how hard I cried watching this movie for the first time. I've cried when watching movies before but that scene about his father and the rain scene just broke me for some reason.
I really love the dramatic turn of this movie, I feel it saved the whole flick, which was pretty bland and slightly unfunny to my taste before that moment.
If you're interested in Adam Sandler in more dramatic roles, I can't recommend you enough Punch Drunk Love and Reign Over me. Those movies really made me wish that Adam Sandler was more interested in this kind of movies instead of his usual flicks.
Reign Over Me was one I just recommended too. Adam's acting in that movie is amazing.
dont forget Uncut Gems
@@SplinteredX I haven't watched Uncut Gems yet. One of my friends told me it might be an overwhelming watch, and could clash with my autistic sensitivities. I'm waiting for an appropriate time to give it a try.
@@Kanashimimo fair enough
13:40 the fact that they got James Earl Jones to actually narrate this is absolutely hilarious, and I’m actually glad that they didn’t use AI to re-create his voice just like how Obi-Wan Kenobi did.
Wow, don't think I've ever been this early. Just happy to get another opportunity to watch a Nickflix movie reaction and support his channel at the same time.
Aww thanks, hope you enjoyed!!
I cried the night for an hour when I first watched it... the father scene is damn fuckin emotional and the ending "will you still love me in the morning" (he would be gone forever)... I fear losing people and cannot deal with losses... these two scenes are too much
This movie never fails to make me cry it's such an underrated Adam Sandler movie that makes you think and recollect about life the part with his father and the end always brings a tear to my eye no matter how many times I watch it great reaction my guy loved seeing you watch it
I grew up with this movie and no matter how many times I watch it, I still cry. It’s very touching and I love the meaning it has behind it. Michael wanted to use the remote to get through his work and everything just so he wouldn’t have to do it, and because he used the remote & doesn’t really remember anything, he realizes that his life flashed before his eyes. His kids grew up, he got divorced, his son got married, he lost his dad. I know he dreamt it all/kinda had a second chance and obviously he wasn’t gonna take that for granted again.
Never thought anyone would react to this
Thank you !!!!
Hope you enjoy!!
Like I said before, I don’t really like the first half of the movie that much, but the second half really did save the movie, I loved the second half, I cried twice during the second half of Click
the whole movie is good
@@jamesbond99 i still liked the movie, I just didn’t like the toilet humor, which that was only in the first half
@@truefirepinkguy4826 what toilet humour
@@gtmo55mack20 have you seen the entire movie? Just Asking
@@truefirepinkguy4826 yes I have you just have a bad taste in humour
44:25 fun fact: that is the actual lead singer of the cranberries, as a throwback to the song playing on their first date!
if you're looking for another Adam Sandler movie, BIG DADDY is AMAZING. It's one of my faves of all time and I've watched it since I was a kid. Cole/Dylan Sprouse are in it when they were literally kids and it's made me laugh and cry. It's trending on Netflix now, as it should haha. I def reccomend.
Was not expecting a reaction to this movie, but I am not disappointed! This movie never fails to make me cry. It has those classic Adam Sandler jokes, but those emotional scenes hit hard.
16:04 I just like how both of their heads are moving in the same direction
This was the pinnacle of Sandler's work. It's moving and funny. It got the balance right.
It’s pretty insane how this started out as a typical Adam Sandler comedy than went completely 180 and became a drama with a great lesson. That completely caught me off guard when I first saw this.
*"I know you'll do the right thing this time." -Morty*
I always thought he should have left the remote on the O'Doyle's porch.
Little Kevin comes out, picks it up. Looks puzzled. (Ominous music plays) Roll credits.
Lol yes! That would’ve been a great alternate ending 😂
When this movie came out I had just lost my dad (I was 19) he would always put work before family, but to provide safety for us... I remember me and my brother just cry sobbing in the theater, it has become such a powerful memory for us... So emocional and important message, and its hard now for me bc i fight depression, where seems you are just in auto pilot...
Several films transcend the realm of mere entertainment, offering profound insights about life. ‘Click’ is one such film. It imparts a crucial message: Cherish your life. After all, we only get one chance at it, and living with regrets is something we all want to avoid.
I feel so dumb that I have never caught that Christopher Walken tells Adam Sandler “you can just call me…. Morty” because ‘Mortis’ is the Latin word for death.
This is like one of those movies your grandma randomly puts on and its just the best movie ever
46:51 I cried when, he died in this movie. 47:37 he’s dreaming.
Fun fact: The practical effects were done by Rick Baker who also did The Nutty Professor films with Eddie Murphy and also the Men in Black franchise.
I distinctly remember having to pause this movie the first time I watched it as I needed to finish my hysterical sobbing after he was laying in the street dying and apologizing to his family. The whole time I kept thinking how was this billed as a comedy when I'm becoming dehydrated from crying. 😒
I just rewatched this and it's my favourite movie. I wanted you to react to this so bad💖💖
Hey, Nick, while I was watching this reaction, your emotions during the sad parts, especially the part where Michael(Adam Sandler’s character) was dying, were making me cry too 😢
This was my first time watching this movie. It reminds me of "It's a Wonderful Life". It was a good update. I liked it for the message of not let life pass you by or you will miss it. Thank you for your reaction and your thoughts.
I cried but not at the movie, but at Nick crying 😢
Thought "Hey, funny Adam Sandler comedy!" Then it turned out to be heartbreaking and made me sad, lol.
This guy seriously has a beautiful heart.
Now this is a surprise movie! You made me so happy! My mom and I love it! It's funny, and can be ridiculous, but gosh what a great message! Deep lesson 😭
When i was young i never got emotional with the part where he hears his fathers last words because i was in a dark place but this movie finally broke through my walls and now i get emotional that scene hits so damn hard now amazing reaction
This very well might have been the first movie to ever make me cry. Front row, balling my eyes out!
The rewinding of his dad and When he is out there at the end before he flips the bird, tearing up like a f'n baby. All this father son stuff turns me to mush. John q for example, damn it i cried. Pursuit of happiness, geez. Great review
I love this movie. It is so funny and sooo emotional. I haven't seen it in forever.
a mix of comedy, deep emotions and serious thoughts about the little things in life, both good and bad, exciting and boring times- all those things makes a life complete!
This movie makes me cry every time. When he’s chasing after his kids in the rain 😭😭 I’ve seen that scene so many times but I still sob
this is my absolute favorite Adam Sandler movie because not only is it funny, but it has so much heart and it never fails to make me tear up. so glad you enjoyed it Nick! ❤️
I Got Click On DVD At Home And I Love That Film So Much
I love this movie. Its one of my favorites. I'm actually a big Adam Sandler fan. Well, his earlier movies.
If you haven't seen it already another GREAT Adam Sandler movie that I feel has the same vibe as this one is "Big Daddy". Its a older film from the 90's that is very funny but has heart warming moments. PLEASE react to it if you can. Thank you. Keep up the good work! ❤
His courthouse speech was everything
I cried so many tears from this movie I did not expect it was gonna be like this it's so SAD!!!!😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔
I also highly recommend reacting to Free Guy. I don’t know if you already reacted to it, though, so I highly recommend watching/reacting to it.
Such a clever movie ~
@@MsPandacakes Yeah. Ryan Reynolds and Taika Watiti were both funny, and I really hope that it gets a sequel because the visuals and acting were amazing! Nick, don’t read this.
@@MsPandacakes It was brilliant and creative.
I think this is one of the best Adam Sandler movies. It’s the most emotional imo, and the plot is cool, it really makes you think about life. It’s so sad. Almost got me crying
People can hate on this movie all the time and I kinda understand but the scene with his father gets me everytime
What a surprising movie right? I really enjoy this one.
Oh wow yay! I’ve been wanting you to react to this for so long but didn’t know how to bring it up 😝. One of my favorites. *THAT* scene with the dad makes me bawl like a baby every.single.time 😭🤧
Yep, an Adam Sandler movie of all things got me to cry. The dad scene always gets me
Hi Nick! Your Black Mirror comment made me laugh, knowing what was coming. I first saw this with a bunch of girls from my dorm room floor who'd already seen it and spent 90% of the film crying: I enjoyed seeing it with you much more. 😉
Walken is always a fun actor :) Sandler movies are definitely a guilty pleasure, they are often kinda low brow but still entertaining >
This is my favorite Adam Sandler movie. Even though it makes me cry everytime.
One of my absolute favorite comedy movies with Adam Sandler!
This movie is an underrated gem.
Just starting this and I’m predicting lots of tears from Nick!
Omg thank you for watching this!!! I'm glad you looked at our comments this one's pretty funny but sad at the end.
Such a good movie, glad to see your reaction to this 😄💯
I absolutely adore your reactions. You're so genuine
Man I cried like a baby watching this movie when I was a kid,now I don't cry anymore but still hits hard
I love you and your reactions so much, Nick.
This is one of Adam Sandler’s coolest films. PS, has anyone else other than me wanted to possess that magic remote control?
Omg i forgot how much I love this movie and how much it makes me BAWL like a baby!! Seriously sobbing right now as I watch your reaction. It definitely is in my top three Adam Sandler movies(Wedding Singer, Spanglish, and Click). You should definitely check those others out!
Kate Beckinsale, Joseph Castanon, Cameron Monaghan and Tatum McCann are in stop motion at 18:25.
I never expected this movie to leave me teary mess towards the end, it was so unexpected!
7:00 I’m christopher walkin here
This movie is definitely funny and awesome, the movie click reminds me of the goosebumps the episode click. And in that episode a boy got a universal remote control to. Amazing reaction Nick.
I really can't wait for Johnny Depp in the pirates of the Caribbean franchise you should also watch an underrated animated nickelodeon movie Rango which is about a eccentric chameleon voiced by Johnny Depp who is left out of the outside world in the Mojave desert to become a new sheriff of the frontier town called dirt named Rango he was in series of thrilling situations and outrageous encounters which forces him to became a real hero.
Always enjoy when you put reactions out mate, one of my favourite reactors 🤝🏻 always super nice to see someone geek out at movies same as me
easily my favorite sandler movie, a lot of people hate on it or it didnt receive as much success as his older works/straight comedies but the emotional drama in this one is so good it truly makes you feel so many emotions. great reaction!
This is my favorite Adam Sandler movie! I am glad you enjoyed it.
Any movie that uses New Radicals is an instant classic in my humble opinion, case and point this movie watching your reaction just brought back so many memories of the early 2000’s damn…
Say what you will about Adam Sandler, but the man really knows how to do drama. He really sells those dramatic scenes.
Oh boy this movie 😭😂🥲 I remember my first time watching: hey! An Adam Sandler movie I haven’t seen yet! I’m up for a fun and hilarious movie night 🙋🏼♀️, ended up crying like a baby on my couch💀😭😔
I would say this is Adam Sandler's greatest movie. He showed us more than the usual angry funny dude. Never fails to make me cry. Amazing performance ♥️
41:52 - funny thing is here is that Henry Winkler is now the age his character was in this scene. And he looks a lot better than what the director imagined lol. Also that radio announcer talking about Michael Jackson. Obviously this movie was made before the singer died irl
Best movie reactor on CZcams
This is one of the first movies I ever remember making me cry.😢
14:11 Oh no, it’s literally the making of
Hello Nick! Hope you're well. I didn't think you would react to this movie. The truth is, I haven't seen this movie in a long time and seeing it again leaves me with a lump in my throat and with a tremendous desire to cry. That's why I haven't seen it since, because the message is too strong. I recommend you to see August Rush (2007) starring Freddie Highmore and Robin Williams. Take care of yourself, Nick and I look forward to your next reaction soon
okay you have to watch 50 first dates!! it's really good and you'll feel the emotions
When I first watched this movie I expected a light hearted comedy movie but after I finished it I was a complete mess. It honestly has a great message.
Been waiting for a "Click" Movie reaction, you might actually be the first and only person on youtube with a reaction vid to it!
This movie always gets me crying. It's making me realise how little time I may have with my family
17:31 yeah I like where this is going
This is his best movie in my opinion. It’s such a good story and has such a good meaning
I don’t understand why critics gave it such a bad score. This is an excellent movie
I thought this was adam’s best movie. Reminds me of it’s a wonderful life
