This is legitimately one of my favorite movies ever. Anything with Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler is a win for me.
Me too đ
I feel like they should make more movies together, even though there's 3 already. They are the only pairing I know who have perfect chemistry to each other.
My favorite movie. â€
The end of the film always brought tears to my eyes. the music with this really great ending, just terrific
Wedding singer is my #1 and 50 first dateâs a strong #2đ I cry every time at the part where she is watching the tape đą The whole movie is really good but Drew does such a convincing job in this movie. đ this is my 3rd edit 50 first dates is my favorite â€ïž wedding singer 2nd
First time watching this almost 20 years ago.. fell in love with Israel Kamakawiwoʻole cover of somewhere over the rainbow.. downloaded it to my playlist and still to this day play it constantly in the car..
I'm looking forward to Zara's reaction to this because she hasn't seen it, and also getting an enthusiastic response from her is like getting a gold star on a test paper, LOL.
This is one of my favorites, as well as Adam Sandler, and Drew Barrymoreâs best movie together
"Nothing beats a first kiss."
Fun Fact: Of the three movies Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore made together, this is the only one that was number one at the box office and made over $100 million.
Location Location Fact: The beach used in the love scene with Henry (Adam Sandler) and Lucy (Drew Barrymore) is the same one that Deborah Kerr and Burt Lancaster used in From Here To Eternity (1953).
Deep Cut Cameos Fact: In an early scene, a dentist and a woman in the dentist's chair are seen talking with each other. The woman playing the dentist is Jackie Sandler, Adam's wife, and the woman in the chair is played by Linda Segal, Director Peter Segal's wife, who is a dentist in real-life.
Real Medical Fact: The neurological condition from which Lucy (Drew Barrymore) suffers, Goldfield Syndrome, is entirely fictional. True anterograde amnesia affects either short-term memory, which can last minutes or seconds, or intermediate-term memory, which can last days or weeks. Falling asleep has nothing to do with the condition, and sleep actually intensifies many chemical effects which help memory.
This was not expected...but, I love it. đ
ABSOLUTELY ADORE THESE TWO IN THE WEDDING SINGER.
CHEERS Y'ALL
This is a touching and funny movie. I always liked the story. The love that he shows for Lucy is biblical love. Itâs love in action.
âFor God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten SonâŠâ God loved, so he gave.
âHusbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for itâŠâ Loving and giving go hand in hand. Love isnât selfish. Henryâs love for Lucy requires him to give himself every day. Itâs an inspiring and beautiful thing to watch.

So, she fell asleep, full from a lovely family spaghetti dinner with her family and Bruce Willis, comfortably in her bed. Woke up alone on a boat surrounded by glaciers, with a VHS tape that says âgood morningâ, and she doesnât panic. She calmly inserts the tape, and learns of future events while âwouldnât it be niceâ played. And she says, âfu$k it, Iâll be ok, whatâs outside on the boat? Oh itâs my 4 year old daughter. Cool, give me a hug. Whatâs for breakfast?â
No. In between looking out the window and going outside, I assume she would also have looked in the mirror and read her own Read Me journal, which she reads first thing every morning.
đđđđđđđđđđđđ legendary
This is such a good movie. AdM Sandler makes some pretty good movies and itâs great how he has a group of actors that he regularly puts into his films. Itâs almost like Marvel and Stan Lee you gotta keep an eye out for their roles. The walruses were from Marine World in Vallejo, Ca. With Lucyâs head trauma it couldâve been so much worse if he happened the day before a work day for her. Think of all her family would have to do if she thought she had to go to work when she woke up and there was no job for her to actually go to.
You three need to watch (and react) to another Drew Barrymore film, "Firestarter" from 1984
Movies you need to check out!!:
Chuck and Larry
Hot Chick
Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolow
The Animal
Little Nicky
Great movie. By the way, I highly recommend you check out another Adam Sandler flick âGrown-Upsâ!
I love, love the reactions you guys do, but I've wondered if you've ever reacted to older films around the 50's-60s? Yea, I know the regular viewer would be like blah, boring. But these films are NOT. They are amazing and suspenseful. They are very loved. The films that I'm talking about are Wait Until Dark (1967), The Nanny (1965), and Whatever Happened to Baby Jane (1962). They are more like suspense thrillers and will have you on the edge of your seat. If you watch Wait Until Dark, that's a movie that should be watched with the lights off.
I see u with ur gold dragon đ on a black field.. i kno ur team Green.. đđ
I hope u guys react to remaining American Pie movies
Movie night would be a great idea if u can live stream it

Adam Sandler has some very, very good films, but also some damn bad films and lately, unfortunately, almost only bad films.
