Lots of people have money, yet they don't live a lifestyle that supports their family. These kids are so blessed and I hope they grow up to raise their families the same.
It’s true. They are the family I never had. And watch to experience vicariously the love the feel for each other. And to “pretend” I’m apart of it. And to learn how good love can be.

I fell in love with the TBLF a couple years ago and totally binge watched every single one of their videos to catch myself up to current time. They are so much fun, so family oriented, so educational, and so much fun to watch and I love how they aren't raising thier kids in bubble wrap. I also grew up without my dad and have often found myself imagining myself into Dorothy's shoes and living vicariously. I can't tell you how many good cry's I have had watching thier videos. 🥰

This made me tear up. I visited my maternal grandfather last month and he told us he lives every day like it's Saturday. And went on to share tips on how we can live the same way if we want. He died unexpectedly last Tuesday. 😢 I'm so glad he lived a full life and felt each day was like Saturday. Goals! Thanks for sharing your story.
Love the Gee Family! They remind us of the beauty, magic, and love that still exists in this world! We continue to learn along with them how cool cultures, adventures, animals, landscapes, and overcoming fears can be! They make us all brave and inspire us all to live life to the fullest!!! Love it! I’m at the tail end of having (6) kids at home. Just one left in her last year of high school. I used to look forward to being an empty nester, but after parenting for 33 years and watching your videos, I never want to let them all leave. You have a beautiful and inspiring relationship with Garrett and your kids.
Beautifully done, I really enjoyed it! It was neat to see this side of the Gees and seeing firsthand all the organization/time that goes into what they do. “For none of us, The Bucket List Family is just a something we watch on the side.” So true for me too! Really nice to see them from a different side, it almost feels more personal like this, beautifully filmed and edited!! I´ve been following the bucket list family for years and garret has inspired me to document my own family travels (using iMovie). I´m from the Netherlands, my husband is from Argentina and we live in Spain.. so our videos are really important to our families, so they can see how their grandchild/nephew etc grows. Without discovering the Bucket List Family during the first lockdown I would never have started this, forever grateful!!
Special family! I have watched every video of theirs and have cried tears of joy at some of their experiences. I think they spread joy, educate others in their adventures and leave the places they visit better than when they arrived. Keep inspiring! ❤️
For some reason this had me in tears. I also grew up without a father … I’ve been watching your family for years and choose a partner to be the father I always wanted . I see in your family the example I want to lead by. My husband took our daughter surfing just this morning and watching you all surf as a family really made me realize the power of influence and power of attraction ❤️
Loved it. Loved seeing the down time. Not only is their traveling inspirational but how he & the family live their lives. Now i know what external hard drives to use, if garrett trusts them, then they must be good.

The father figure conversation is so true...for me growing up that man was Shay Butler from the Shaytards but he became the same type of man my father was and it was heartbreak all over again. Garrett, Jess, Dorothy, Manilla and Calihan are most definitely like family. ❤💙💚

I love his family as if they are mine. I cry with almost all of their videos and I visualize my life as a mother like Jess, they just made me a better person.

Beautiful portrayal of this beautiful family. What I like so much about it, is that it's showing your family from a different angle. Sure, you're travel/ flog videos are amazing. But this one shows a little more 'behind the scenes'. Like how your way of life, also truly is a job with a lot of dedication (how you organise/ storage all the footage you have, impressive). They are the family nobody ever had. Growing up in WW2 & aftrWW2, my dad was gone most of the time. He played golf, but that is as athletic as he got. My mother strode around in leopard
striped pants &wedgies. Families didn't exist like this one. Our 6mm films consist of cousins jumping on each other's heads in the pool. By the time I got to Hawaii, I already had back trouble from backpacking & schlepping a ruck sack through Europe, so I stuck to snorkeling (which I love). I was 40. But I learned to dance hula & played ukulele Still do, I really like seeing this aspect of your life and your business.

Garrett Gee "[...] that's what I like about it you know as we grew in more and more in popularity it became more often that people would like stop us on the streets and like say hi to us or ask for a picture and stuff like that and I think because our kids kind of like grew up seeing that they just they thought it was normal they never talk about our channel they never talk about our subscribers or followers but one time our child came home from school and was like what are followers and we're like what do you think followers are like where's this coming from she said someone at school told me I have a lot of followers I don't think we even like addressed it yeah we just kind of like swept it under the rug because we like how kind of blind and naive our kids are to that.".
