Not to crush your hopes but you're not the only one to try to build "the perfect base" and people have already come up with better ideas and solutions for problems arising with a large scale production It doesn't mean that this will necessarily turn into a big failure, and you seem to be on the right belt (see what I did there?) to build a great and organized base to get you to the end game, but pushing further into infinite research will be a little more difficult than what you seem to think Enjoy the game though, it's nice to see people trying out this gem!
While I agree, its important to remember we all started there. Even if someone else builds an objectively better design, a design we make ourselves, reiterate, remake and test is the joy of factorio. We all learn how difficult "true" endgame production is like once we get to that need and then learn from our betters, but in factorio, its not the end but the journey that matters :)
