    This was a really awesome and informative video! As a Jungler, I learned that there's this place called "Top Lane?" I'll be sure to investigate it in my games!

    Little tip to add on to this you can actually see the remaining cd on your demolish in game if you hover over the rune in your rune UI so this can help you sync up waves and demolish.

    Renekton has been a lot harder for me after 13.20 around Mid-Emerald - Low-Diamond.
    Ironically I think my midgame fighting is fairly good, but I struggle a lot with building larger early leads.
    Definitely going to review my earlygame and start trying to apply these concepts, thanks for the video.

    These short macro videos are amazing! Your videos have taught me more advanced macro tips than anyone else has, and in a very lucid way too!

    I've just recently moved from bot lane to top and picked up trundle purely because he is currently rated op tier right now and he uses Demolish, this strat is something slimier to what i do but more advanced and I'm going to be using it from now on, thanks, I don't know ho you are but I'm glad CZcams recommended this video, i like how you go way more in depth than most and you explain the simple stuff to that often can be easily missed. keep up the good work.

    This is cool, but how much of this relies on the enemy jungler not showing up? It seems like there's a good chunk of time where Lee could have ganked top but instead he's just permanently botlane?

    • @EragonUK
      @EragonUK  Před 7 měsíci +8

      Of course it depends on the enemy jungle champion and pathing, but almost every play does. That's something every player should be accounting for in any game when deciding what early wave management to use

      This strat won't be replicable for most games, but it's still a cool observation and worth knowing you can abuse this.

    This is awesome advice to further cement the lead after dealing with the first 3 waves. Would it be recommended to use this idea in the bot lane? If we were in a poke heavy lane like Caitlyn Karma with the main focus of poking to create health advantage and taking plates would it be more effective to use this strategy of crashing on wave 3 5 and 7 instead of pushing every single wave in? (Saw your video from reddit on the main league page by the way, thanks for posting!)

      botlane doesnt have the fortification protection

    • @EragonUK
      @EragonUK  Před 7 měsíci +4

      It's less necessary because there is no fortification so you don't need to rely on the burst of Demolish. You as a Ranged champ in lanes like Cait Lux can also hit the tower way more reliably on every crash than top lanes melee vs melee matchups.
      Maybe when you think there is threat of jungle you pull back a bit and crash on demolish to minimize gankability. That way you're further back and it's easier to escape if the enemy comes.

    This is cool but on Renekton specifically the difference between having 1100g and having 1250g doesn't seem to make much of a difference. The refill pot can be nice sometimes but in the matchups you can pull this off you're winning so hard you don't need the refill pot.
    Not to say that being up a plate is bad, he's going to keep that advantage for the rest of the game, but it doesn't seem to matter very often whether I get it in before first base or not.
    I've been trying to think of a champion that has enough lane pressure to pull this off and can benefit from the extra gold. Maybe first strike demolish Jayce with future's market?

    Is taking a plate before 5 macro?

    • @EragonUK
      @EragonUK  Před 7 měsíci +7

      Macro refers to wider plays, a play that takes 5 minutes and involves wave management is definitely macro.

    This is precisely why early game champs are stupid.
    Obviously its not impossible to come back from. But it is far harder to do than just pushing your lead.
