Holy Priest Nerf july 25th hotfix

So it looks like today july 25 2017 that holy priests are getting hit again with the nerf bat. So this will be our time to show that we can still heal well even if they keep doing this! I think this will open us up to other specs to play now rather than rely on Ray of Hope. I will be testing a bunch of other specs now to see what this does.
