By giving you an understanding of interview methods, a framework for answering interview questions and an understanding of what makes a good impression, this webinar is designed to help you convey in interviews why you are the best candidate.
This was one of the best sessions I ever listened to. I was invited to a Competency-Based interview at UNDP in two days, and looking at different CZcams clips I was feeling very stressed but now listening to the speaker I understand what exactly I need to focus on, I already remember the experiences I can mention during the interview, and it makes me more confident before the interview.

I am preparing myself for UNV interview as Health Officer for UNICEF Bangladesh at Mymensingh. This sharing of interview will help to answer.
One challenge I face with Competency based interview is Scenarios that should be strictly related to the position I am applying for. at times I might have good scenario when i worked as Roving Logisticians than when I worked as Procurement Officer. But I am interviewing for Procurement Position.

In other words, I wanted to know if there's anything else I need to know that might help excel or deliver well on the job.
