El Conde Unico van Wassenaer (Delden, Holanda, 2 de noviembre de 1692 - La Haya, 9 de noviembre de 1766) fue conocido como el músico misterioso , dado que por su condición de aristócrata no era bien visto en el siglo XVIII que un noble se dedicara a componer música .Sus obras fueron publicadas en 1740 por el violinista italiano Carlo Ricciotti y posteriormente atribuídas a Giovanni Battista Draghi, llamado Pergolesi . Magnífica su música barroca , un deleite escucharlo . Bravo !!!

I just heard this on the radio (this recording actually). I am know a fan of Wassenaer, who I've never heard of before. I was also impressed with the awesome performance!
I've been in Wassenaar several times, but Graaf Unico unfortunately was not there...
