I wanted the cake with train like this for my son's birthday...But when I went to order it, they told me it's to complicate. Now, I feel sorry I didn't see this video before. I could've made it by myself. This tutorial is so helpful, and the train is super!!! You 🥳🙂
Thank you very much for your nice feedback :-)
This tutorial is brilliant! All your hacks that you did in this video are amazingly helpful and available for almost anyone to do. Your train is the best I have seen by far. I will be trying this for a cake I am going to make for my son. Hope it turns out half as good as yours! Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this lovely comment, I keep my fingers crossed that everything works :-)
Super! 👌👍👌👍
Super geworden!
Danke :-)
Eres el mejor. Saludos desde mi Bello Puerto de Veracruz México 🇲🇽
Thank you 😁
Thank you I love this train and want to make it for my dad can I ask what are the sizes of the two black pieces under the train and also the size of the barrel of the train I did try it once before it wasn’t quite right. Thanks in advance.
the lengths are briefly shown in the video :-)
Beautiful topper, I will use your video as a guide to make a topper. Was the train not too heavy? Did it affect the top of the cake at all?
yes it was heavy. But the cake underneath was quite compact and the buttercream was well chilled so that it couldn't sink in.
Thank you for sharing I love your little train can I ask how long did it take you to make in real time?
Thank you :-) I think working time between 4 and 5 hours, but some pieces have to dry 12 hours.
This was sooo helpful to make my train topper!!Thank you so much❤️
That makes me happy, thank you 🙂

Hi! Very nice train topper. May I know if you are using fondant or gum paste? Thank you!
