You know, I don’t care if it’s gourmet food that I’m served during a hospital stay. As long as it’s homemade and fresh I will just be so thankful knowing how much work and effort it goes into managing a full time hospital.
Considering hospital visits cost 4-5 digits; the least they can do is serve good food and healthcare
My insurance plan covers cup of jello, something called hot dish, and Swanson frozen pot pies. Although my insurance company says if I get injured it's likely I'll be kidnapped by two to four strangers driving a utility truck so if I can still run away to definitely do so. That'll save me some money.
They probably going to over charge you. This stuff ain’t free, ingredients cost money especially if they want to keep 5 stars chef like him around

I would be too!! Preggers NEED food!! I remember not 20 mins after my son was born I was on the phone ordering up my dinner! I ordered so much and ate every bite! I hadn't ate a full meal in two days due to being in labor so long so I was HANGRY!

This needs to go worldwide. Most hospitals aren't know for their food. Great idea! When you're a patient you need something to look forward to during your stay.

People will say it may raise the cost of the hospital but hopefully this just means to spread awareness to other people and hospitals that health begins with nutritious food. I dont even eat meat but I appreciate this guy is trying to do better that what was before. After all, whats the point of sending the patients out and not trying to show them how they can try to make healthier lifestyles

I've always liked hospital food. My mom cooked simple, healthy food and added no salt. But, this is a good idea. Either way. I love simple, bland, healthy food

people joke about the prices jacking up on hospital bill, but u got to realize this is more healthier than normal hospital food bcuz it’s made from scratch and mainly fresh meaning more nutrients and protein ur body needs to heal. regular hospital food supposed to do that, but makes patients not want to eat it bcuz of taste, looks, and smell. i had several relatives and friends who had to go to the hospital but would always ask other family members and friends to smuggle in either a meal from home or food to go. this chef is changing everything for the better, so i wouldn’t mind the bill so much since i would actually be eating food that would actually help my body heal and recover quicker
