NO! Percy was an egotistical jerk who constantly tooted his own horn practically every day. It's like having a friend go on and on about themselves until you get sick and tired of hearing it. Harry was never disrespectful of Percy, because he didn't have to live with him for more than a few weeks at a time. He didn't have to endure as much as his brothers (and Ginny) as he coincidentally spent lots of time in his room whenever Harry was visiting. While I probably wouldn't have liked him more, I would have considered Percy a much more interesting character if he'd been sorted into Slytherin. It would have been fun to watch him educate his family on the value of Slytherin attributes, and as more details were learned, reminded them that Slytherins didn't corner the market on producing bad wizards.
