love it !less talk! just showing how it's done! excellent!!1
I wish I had watched your video instead of the others. I could have had a essayer time getting to that bolt that was missing. I didn't remove the hole filter unit either. I've done The Z. Now The S will be essay. No other videos showed that bolt in the back. Working on Mrs. car at hotel out town without a light, used hand to feel what was holding on. Your vide would have saved me an hour maybe 2. Thank U
Haha dam.with no light ..respect for you..I'm glad my video help boss 😀
just completed mine...took from 7am t0 11:30 am next time won't take as long. didn't remove throttle.no need to do that. replaced intake body gaskets...reconnected all the hoses..good to go!! thanks for the demonstration it helped .
I had to remove the throttle body to get to the furthest intake manifold screw on my 3.7L. Video was right on the money, easy to follow.
Thank you for a great demonstration on how to do this
damn he makes this look easy
Thanks for this 🙏🙏 will be doing this soon have 4 misfires in 4/6 cylinders
Good job. Thank you
Totally pro video, man. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much!!🤘
Great vid
Thanks for share
You don’t have to take off the throttle body you can remove everything with it on
Your right boss..that's just the way I do it...😀
The that bolt was missing. Does that bolt go to the intake cover?
Great video! Really like the format. My parents have a 15 MKZ. I assume there's not much difference between the MKZ and MKS. I guess I'll find out soon enough. ;)
Thank you so much!!! Yes, if it's the 3.7 v6, it should be the same procedure....
3.5 v6
@@luckysdiygarage yep... 3.5 V6.
@luckysdiygarage I just assumed I should replace the coils and wires when I change the plugs. It's a used car with 99,000 miles. My parents bought it 2 months ago so I don't know it's maintenance history.
@umbluegray1 it's honestly up to you, boss.. As a preventative maintenance, you can replace all 6 Ignition coils since you're going to remove the upper intake manifold but if they are not defective and causing a misfire, I wouldn't replace them..to save money.it can be alil pricy for all 6 coils...if the vehicle came with spark plug wires then of course replace the plugs and wires..but I understand I'm the same way when I purchase a new/used vehicle I know nothing about haha 🙂..hope this helps
Is this the same for ecoboost engines?
Can this happen, replaced spark plugs and radio starts popping/surge sound and air conditioner
stopped working properly
Haha dam iv never heard that happened before..
Do you remember what you torqued the spark plugs to?
I torqued them down to 20 foot pounds, boss.. They're originally supposed to be 13 foot pounds, but Ford updated the torque spec
Same concept for the 2010 mkx 3.5 6?
Yes sir same concept for the 3.5 and 3.7 v6
Thank you so much I’m about to actually start on it right now !
@@jesussalazar8573 You're welcome boss. Let me know how it goes.🤘
Where's the fourth spark plug???
Lol
