I feel like there is a bit more aggression in russian beatboxing, which I think is dope. Not that other beatboxers aren't putting on a show, but russian beatboxers always seem a bit more combative, like they are doing the soundtrack for a Jason Statham movie.

Very close battle. Pash was the big surprise of this championship, pretty insane. With this sond quality we can realy apreciate the battles this is much better than the livestream.

I heard the sound was bad but I wouldn’t say the battle was bad.
I think for the next world beatbox championships we should have more New School judges. Not that the current ones are bad, au contraire they are legends, but if we are disappointed by the judge decision everytime it's maybe time to move on and let new school decide for new school 🙂

The judges panel is amazing. They worked really hard. Fanboys every time will say that the judges are rigged. It's like a football or any sport. A lot of fanboys can't accept the real winner.

Colaps is so good, that you can't appreciate and understand all he does with 1 view. You have to rewatch every round several times.

it's just sad how horrible the sound quality became ..
i was live in the first row the whole time and it wasn't the best, although they fixed it at the battle day.
But the quality in the clips is just miserable, just sad
Eathga Z Ikr you just don't feel the intensity like you would've in previous competitions. The stage was way too dark, in past wbc's the stage was always lit, unless it was loopstation or showcase. For solo's the light work was awkward, and the sound was meh, making for an underwhelming performance.

Okey to make it clear to everyone who don't undertand why colaps lost i'm going to tell you
First round of colaps : it was really sick and well structured their was crowd response and the execution was perfect unless for the last 5 sec when he switchs to his click technique, it didn't sounds really good because of his stress acctually if you see him in sbx cam 2018 you will see the diffrence (you will probably say that it because of sound systheme witch was really bad but if you compaire his atetude in sbx camp 2018 and here you will see that in the this battel he was reallly stressed and that had an impact in his beatboxing)
First round of pash: non stress, did a really strong trap track with all of his special techniques and all that, it was a basic trap track with clear an clean sounds and the drop kick that he does is a big plus point because he used it in a really funny way in this battel, the placement of it was important, he always place it juste after a hight pitch sound to make a really good countrast witch sounds really good
In conclusion colaps has a really strong round witch was well structured and sounds really good but he missed up the confidence in stage and the execution of his beat in some parts witch is a really important because that what make your round more undertandble for the audience and that what pash did with a simple strucutre and composion but with sick countrast and stage counfidence but some missetakes in execution and repetition
For me it pash for first round but with a really smale advantage
Seconde round of colaps: his stress killed his round, the melody of the begenning is amazing but it have to be singed in the right pitch with non misstake to gave the athmosphere of it and make people feel it, but colaps was stressed and his voice goes crazy with off pitches and it was weird, first drop was not able to be good if the beggening was bad so it did hit at it should be, finally the last drop with the click patern didn't hit as it should be because of his stress, non power and no clareaty witch is the most important things for this kind of drops
Seconde round of pash: it was okey he was freestyling sometimes but it was good, basic structure and nice floow with sick sounds and he was counfidente witch was enought to win against colaps at this time because of his misstakes of the seconde round
Counclusion colaps missed up in his seconde round witch gave a chance to pash to do something not really crazy to win and keep something for after
For me pash definitlly
So overall
Pash deserv to win
