Most exams are geared toward students. They need to learn what is normal to be able to respond to an abnormal finding.
When I was watching this video I was thinking of how greatly she examined and educated the patient. But I don’t know why people are obsessed about other non related yet judgemental stuff instead of paying attention to content.
Great instruction video for OSCEs.
She doesnt feel it she pretends. Doctors need to watch out for people who are afraid of negative response.

Did anyone notice that her left foot appears to be rubor when in a dependent position, is that not a sign of ischemia ?. I loved the way doc carried out the examination so clam and gentle.
It took me an hour to find this video, no.. no, not because of doc sexy legs, but I'm also facing the same problem, fungul infection.. Now, it's curing.. Thanks doc🌷💋
In addition to the examination conducted by the doc.i.e, (physical , vascular and neurological) , She should have advised her to take extra good care of her feet . Never walk barefoot. Never soak feet in hot water. Never wear a flip flop with the slim strap between the toes. Never wear a tight shoe or a bigger sized one to avoid tighteness and sliding of the foot. If the patient is a smoker, she must quit. Same with alcohol. Foot massage, exercise and good healthy diet are a must. Best!
women that are the age of the patient do not need to shave their legs as hair diminishes as we grow older. also at the age, it is so helpful to moisturize legs and feet. your feet can actually hurt if they are not soft and pliable.

No not usually. The doctor is doing good and has great legs.

Hygienic practice is important when performing a foot assessments, i. e.
Lab gown is open, no protection on the lap while resting the feet of the patient during close examination and etc...
I observed that these best practices was not observed and totally disagree.

Yes I agree. Where are her gloves?! Why doesn’t she have any appear towel under the clients feet? What about cross contamination! Hope she scrubs her hands, as for her nails, gross! All the cheese that gets under those false nails, urgh....

Diabetes is very very bad because I had my feet cut because of diabetes so I woke up one morning and my feet were cut.
No exam gloves handling feet? GROSS

So within 2 minutes this doctor has taken away her sandals and her nail polish. How nice. Why not tell her something she is getting right?
