If you suspect a problem with your feet, it is important to see a qualiified Podiatrist. He or she will examine your feel and give advice, they can do a Doppler test for you.

Well...You can self treat... There is an inexpensive antimicrobial insole called PodoPhylus. It has worked great to prevent foot infections. E..T..S..Y. has it...Just in case you know someone who needs it... No infection, no amputation...
