- Charles, 75, returned to public duties last week after beginning treatment for cancer. Although the garden party was attended by thousands, it was deemed safe for him to attend as it took place outside on the palace lawn. The King did not hold back in greeting well-wishers, shaking hands and grinning.

so lovely to see our King so well supported by his loyal family who all continue to serve the Monarchy and the Commonwealth. Looked like a lovely day meeting lovely deserving people in the gardens. I do like to see the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester taking more of a role, they have always served, but now we are actually getting to see them attend and serve. Full steam ahead Royal family, our King and Queen along with the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh all look in fine form too. Long live our King.
The King is doing his job and recognizing the incredible organizations doing excellent work in the UK. Nice to see him supported by all the working royals as he resumes his duties. Wm meanwhile held the fort at Windsor Castle giving out Investitures!

This was both great to see and great to hear. Our King doing what he promised his mother and the British people to do. I also heard that just 2 miles down the road. That things didn't go as planed for our Kings son prince morn-a-lot. He was booed !! And some empty seats and even a whole empty table of ten on the front row. How the people who thought that they were mighty have fallen!

The youngest son had too many demands about the meeting and the Palace said no, we aren’t playing that game. Charles will no,longer see him alone and H wouldn’t allow Camilla and a courtier present, which KC needs as witness because of the untrustworthy Ed’s of h who lies about what was said and done.
