I have this phone. All I want is to root it, flash TWRP or another bootloader like fastboot, and then flash the LG G7 One image, which has Android 11, on my phone. Has anyone done this or something like this?
I'd pay you for the time if you could unlock the bootloader on my LM-G710TM; no one on XDA forums knows how because the phone has different RSA encryption keys sent from T-mobile.

The LG G710TM is not the T-Mobile variant. G710TMP is the T-Mobile variant. G710TM is TIM, a mobile provider in Italy, I believe.
TMobile = G710TM10p
This method doesn't work on the actual T-Mobile variant.
LG's website lists 710TM as t-mobile indeed, .com/us/cell-phones/lg-LMG710TM-g7-thinq-tmobile
