- Russia has arrested one more suspect in Friday's attack on a concert hall in Moscow by Islamic State gunmen. The suspect, a cafe owner, has been arrested for allegedly renting a flat to ISIS gunmen involved in the attack that killed more than 130 people. The suspect has been sent in pre-trial custody by a court in Moscow until May 22. Watch the video for more details.

The cafe owner should not be liable to Putin because every business owner does not know the person so well he just want to have a customer rental fee without even having a clue who are those.
