I have a tulpa (head person) and this game reminds me a lot of talking to them. We can basically have a full back and forth and come to a decision basically instantly but we still prefer to talk it out.

Even if he foremost wants to have a good time to forget the bad, even if he’s going to be reckless and selfish, the tie encourages Harry that he’s still capable of forgoing his gratification for others, showing compassion to the worst of the lot, he keeps him from suicidal ideation, and above all else, he wants Harry to move on from the despair of his past by assuring him it’s not all his fault. In a lot of ways, he’s what we look for in the throes of depression. The best parts of us that aren’t “us”, something that makes us better than who we consider ourselves to be.
However if you pick that line, Necktie will say this: "Eventually we all do, Harry" Korty and his brother only became like this because of their living condition

He only says "I was a bouncer at the time" to make sure it's not him admitting to a crime and just telling a second hand story. They were all there and they all probably raped that poor woman to death.
What's funny is that every single one of Harry's voices (barring the more supranatural whispers you can find) was meant to help Harry in some fashion, even the limbic system is ultimately the voice that sees the writing on the walls and admits it would be easier for everyone if you just killed yourself They bicker and are generally detrimental to the case but they're only so fractured because Harry is so broken
That seamless cut between the two portions of the interaction in the beginning, plus the subtext that Korty was 100% percent aware of what happened in the end makes this a fantastic clip
Really a smart move, the entire game people are talking up how impenetrable their armor is, the molotov feels like a much safer bet than your dinky little muzzleloader.
What I like about this is that the mercenaries just stand around while he's lighting the firebomb. Like, what were they thinking? "Oh look, the comedian cop is lighting up his last cigarette. It sure is a big cigarette, but I'll let him have it."
the necktie is literally my spirit animal. throughout all my life, even since childhood, I've been following his advice without even knowing it. it was so refreshing and exciting to meet a character that i can relate to so deeply, even more than harry (i also do investigations and occasionally render myself blackout). btw i didn't even bother myself talking to the mercenary, just put him on fire without any prelude. like i would do in real life, if someone decided to put me in a situation like this - and i happened to have a molotov's.
I spent 30 hours playing this game all the way through and I have zero clue what is going on here (aside from some of the main plot points that stay static), that's how great it is. So many different paths to go down.

Did you play through before the final cut update? They redid all of the Voice Acting (VA) in higher quality with different actors because they could not get all of the previous back on, together with the new VA for NPCs that was previously not voiced.
