Her WS4, 4 being launch punishable is a carryover from Heihachi. What you can do is transition into stance while in heat to trigger her autoparry on anyone who thinks they got a free punish. It does a lot of damage.
WS1 goes into Sentai on front hit, but it's basically just not from behind since it seems to work well enough with side hits.

Something I found consistently working at higher blue ranks is empty SEN into hopkick. At this point people are so conditioned to duck when they see Reina spin.

i think that king knows who you are and is heavy trollin with that move that jumps in the air
F1+2, 3 is a kinda slow low that catches people off guard if used scarcely. You can mix up to while running moves from that roll too.
And when ducking highs you can punish with DF 4.

Hey lotus, you might be able to get a df 3+4 after the 1+2 on the wall, i find it hits sometimes if they're not completely on the floor yet
one thing to keep in mind on rising 4,4 is that in heat if you use rising 4,4 and transition into stance you can parry some attacks making it kind of a mind game.
It was my birthday yesterday when this came out. Always live to see Reina game play, so this worked out really well for me

The ws into the sentai: u gotta press 3 after the ws 1 and hold forward to do the heat engager
WS1 > SEN happens automatically but on hit only. Combos into SEN 3 as well.
Also, you'll wanna try WRA 2 instead of WRA 1+2 after they block your heat smash to check crouching. It's safe and spaced at -9 on block and does 30 damage on hit. It should also have fast enough startup to beat armor if done immediately.
Btw that wall combo you is an oki setup, do D4,1 straight away and you’ll get way more damage
Just some possible advice on reina, hellsweep 4 followup is alot worse than the 2 followup. The 2 followup goes into HW and lets you frame trap, get plus frames, cmd grab or another hellsweep!

For 19:39 you can do df2 again into df1,1 f2,3 Sentai 1+2 for bound
While Rising 4, 4 is an interesting move. It's ass on block as you saw at -17, but the first hit is safe at -6 so if you see a block whenever you throw it out, stop there.
Some of Reina's kit is noticing when to stop partway, such as 3+4 and the 1,1, 2.
On the subject of her while rising 4,4 though, its way more interesting on hit. For instance if the opponent is playing on P1 side and it hits, then they'll be unable to sidestep the rising 4,4 into HW 2 because it forces them to crouch state. They gotta hold it. Since most of the player base plays on P1 it's fun to try. Also rising 4,4 has been getting more use close to the wall when the opp is face down in order to lock them down and limit their tech options. Nothing serious to learn, but fun to know about.
In Heat you get more damage doing even one 3+4 when they whiff then ur actual heat damage, you can also do it twice
Shaheens hop kick is very good
I was only able to make one custom outfit for Reina I actually liked but I just come up with anything else. Customization is pretty limited.
The hop kick was random but it was his turn. Reina’s 2 hit low is negative on hit.
Your definitely a better player than I am so you can do this easier than I can but while rising one into sentai 2 or three is always guaranteed on hit also when they lay on the ground wave dash into 4,4 heavens wrath 4 is good tool to use also her 3+4 cartwheel kick when they try to use back to get up are all very good tools for oki also on wall instead IG immediate wall flip you can use downdorward 4,2,3 into reflip heat engage for the knock downforward 3 into 4 heat dash then finish them with down 4, 1+2 great damage off the wall her sentai 2 is also a single button flip and really good

HW 2 and 3+4 seems safer options imo. Although I never use HW 1 as much to know if it’s good in mixups.
hw1 is for mixes when they sidestep hw2 too much, also combos into 4. HW1,4

and if you wanna get the grabs out of sentai it helps me to hold the button (1 for ws1, 2 for ff2 and 1,1,2, etc) and then press 3 or 4 while im in sentai (depending on if 1 or 2 from entering sentai, or pressing 1 if you manually enter sentai w f3 etc)

I havent seen any guides, but i got fun ideas by watching yamagi play reina. Look at a game or 2 and you will get lightbulb moments as u watch

Also you can god step 4 2 and hold down to enter hw the 2 is guaranteed if 4 hits then if you wanna mix up further in hw you can 3 4 leaves you plus six on block and hits mid high 2nd hit is guaranteed punish those ducking the hw grab then you can hold down after 3 4 to go back in to hw n use hw 2 which is safe on block and enables heat dash options

@@LotusAsakura Because its a win win, you either miss the the heat smash or you get it and get less damage. if they block, you still get a chance to mix them up. It's much more advantageous if they have a good health cushion. Plus if they have their heat they can come back.

Reina 1 1 2 on block is -17f. I dont know how fast king's heat smash is but it could be like 16f.
Also for homing options you can 3 4 or 3 2. 3 4 is unsafe at -14f on block and knocks down while 3 2 is -9f on block with 18f startup. 4 3 is high mid and 3 2 is high high. B2 is good too, its a mid and 16f startup, -9f on block and +3f on hit but has a good amount of push back
