    Saury looks like a really oily, soft fish. That would be a difficult fish to filet let alone debone. But It would be so cool to taste it some day. After hearing how many wait for this fish to arrive in the markets every year and how special a fish it is to the Japanese people I am so curious about how it tastes and if there is a comparable fish in taste that is more abundant?

      Pacific Saury is best to eat as whole, provided you've marinated them with Soy Sauce and Vinegar first and foremost, please.
