Could be preference, but in my opinion the Shield Medallion is the best considering there’s Nitro Cans everywhere.
Also sometimes chests that are rare glitch and only give you heals

Never have nitro splashes when u have a nitro medallion because their is literally no benefit from having both nitro, I would suggest replaced it for a medkit if u don't already have one. Keep up the ASMR!!
