To remove the hose ends push down on the little black rubber ring at the same time you pull the hose. To get to the one attacked to the nozzle you'll need pinch it down with forefinger and thumb so you don't accidentally force the whole mechanism down, while your other hand pulls the hose.
For those who can't get the tube out, even when you press the black rubber ring, I figured out a solution. Follow the instructions for replacing the nozzle (easily found on CZcams). Make sure everything is completely cooled down. When you pull out the silver metal thing that the nozzle screws into, the stuck tube will come with it. Gently pull it through until you have enough length to work with. Use pliers and wiggle the stuck tube back and forth until it pops out. There will be a bit of a crimp but you can even it out with the pliers. I did a dry fit test before I put everything back together by sliding the filament back up the tube the wrong way to make sure it would still fit. We're currently doing a test print and everything seems to be running smoothly. I'm posting this on multiple videos since plenty of other people had the same problem I did and no one had a helpful answer. I hope this is useful.
Hi Maxine, when this happens, the pneumatic coupling may not be pressed. Please try to press the pneumatic connector and then try to pull out the material tube. If you do not press the pneumatic connector the first time and then try to pull out the tube by force, the hook inside the pneumatic connector will be torn. The second time you press the pneumatic connector, the tube will not be pulled out. If the pneumatic connector is damaged, please contact us, we can send you the pneumatic connector parts.

You've probably fixed it now, but if you look up videos about how to replace the nozzle, it'll show you that there is a little screw in between the fan blades that will loosen the silver nozzle holder thing.
I recommend joining our Facebook group(facebook.com/OfficialEntina3d), where our engineers are available to help with any printing issues you may have. You can also reach out to us directly at support@entina3d.com for assistance.
