Hi, thanks for the short but very informative video, I have a one quick question for you , I have a electric base board heating, when i remove my old analog thermostat it has 2 black wires coming out from the wall and they are both connected to this old thermostat , now i am confused, how do i know which one is power and which one is neutral, can you help? BTW, i'm in Canada where we carry 110v.
Listen…Double pole thermostats have 2 red wires connecting to supply and two black wires connecting to heater.
It's pretty simple.

I have same issue as Nadeem. Nobody answers😒
So if it’s a 240 system do I tie all 3 red wires together and all 3 black wires together?
And do I separately cap off extra wires?
Wires not a off bigger for 240 lok like wire speakers
