Great little tool. I am planning on getting the same bike over GS. When you put your feet on the pegs. It seems a bit high and looks uncomfortable. Is there any way you can set them lower and a bit forward. Im 6'4 and im a little concerned about my knee angle. This looks great. If they can lowered and moved a bit forward. Then ithis would be my first upgrade. Also I noticed this video is up for a year now. Any update on how it works??
Hey Matthew, I've loved my Tiger--I don't think you'll have any regrets. I also looked at the GS but couldn't justify the much extra expense. I am not 6'4" so the pegs I put on have been comfortable for me. I've put thousands of miles on them and they are just a nice alternative sometimes. I have them mounted pretty high up on the lower engine guards but you could put them in a lower position to have your legs stretch out farther--it wouldn't be a big deal at all. Thanks for the question.
Fellow Hokie here! (M.Arch - '09). Looking to get these for my KTM 1290 SAR. How are they holding up?! 🍻
Go Hokies! They've been great--they just sit there and do their job...Nice bike btw
