I think everyone that bought one of those new kept the receipt / window sticker. I made a video of mine and was able to find it in my dash too. My grandfather gave it to me too.
That’s so sick! I love the similarities between the two trucks!! Some brake fluid spilled on mine sadly I wish I had kept it in a little bit safer spot but for the most part it’s in decent condition hahaha

I forgot to mention in the video that I always used to go to dump runs with him in the truck when I was growing up I remember being as young as seven years old helping him load the back of the truck with things to go to the transfer station and he told me one day he would pass the truck over to me, but it’s also the truck that taught me how to work hard, and to this day I still work for myself as I learned how to do what I do now with my grandfather!
Dude that’s epic. I wish I could have my grandpa’s truck. I would keep it forever too. The one I own now is the one I asked for, for graduation!!! Just now getting to build it 27 years later

The 4 x 4 comes in handy especially in the winter unfortunately my front CV axle broke and I have to replace it to fix the 4 x 4, the two wheel drives can sometimes be a little easier to work on haha
Yo sorry man, I meant to remove the comment from my notifications after I replied but I accidentally deleted it instead and I didn’t realize, I was going to say that it is very common for the trucks timing chain to chatter when you start the truck especially on colder days it’s a little worse as long as it doesn’t do it when you drive then you’re all set, but four of the Ford hardbodys that we run All do it at start up hahaha
Very happy to see this, I have a similar looking 95 XE-V6 4x4 hardbody but it's in much worse condition interior wise. Wish i had the money to make it look nice.
Don’t worry, just take it slow give it time keep up with it the best you can and you’ll be able to make it as great as you want! My truck is really rough on the outside so in time I wanna save up the money to repair and make it nice like my purple truck!
