- Fasting is one of the great spiritual practices spoken of in the Bible. And for many, fasting is elusive and challenging. It was regularly practiced in both the times of the prophet Isaiah, as well as Jesus. Yet, unfortunately for many people, they completely missed the point of what God intended when He told us to fast. As we look at Isaiah 58 together, we will see that fasting was actually meant to be an act of resistance and a pathway to spiritual authenticity.

HalleluYah is the highest praise to the Most High. You should consider what you are doing to have the people give Star Wars a halleluYah. True worshippers won't listen to messages that start out like this. They don't want to mix the Word with the world. It seems the message may have gotten better as you got into it. May Yahuah barak you into the revelation of His restored Name and titles and the return to guarding the Torah as He is calling out many to live Set Apart lives. He is Alohim not god. Adonai not lord. He is Set Apart not holy. He is Esteemed not glorified. I hope you will seek Him in this new depth of truth. Shalum brother.
If you know god , he sends messages , he will reach you in anyway he can, once you understand what god wants from you you will feel the obligation to convey his message in which ever of numerous languages(english, spanish , music , art, movies) just as you are doing right now you are preaching what you know because you feel need to glorify his name . In that same sense god has created other diciples to preach in other languages, this case being a movie , because god knows everything , and he also knows that some people are being turned off from him because of false preaching , corruption of churches and religious congregations. God know how to reach people and there are many different ways. Honestly i have watched this sermon yet i watched the first minute to see what you were talking about star wars for cause i saw your comment before i watched it. But i will tell you this , there are hidden messages and not so hidden messages in star wars . And just like the bible god will only give understanding to those he sees true in heart that he know will serve the understanding well and not use it for evil . I highly suggest finding what messages appeal to you in the movie . the devil will also find his way to interfere with every message that god trys to convey so be cautious. Not everything is as simple as this is good and this is evil, its the understanding of truth , truth of understanding, humbley standing under truth , cause truth a characteristic of the most high

Should we fast from food on SABBATH ?
You can if it falls in the middle of an extensive fast, like 7, 21, or 40 days. If you wake up on Sabbath and decide that you wanna fast that day, DONT! You can’t choose the Sabbath to do a single day fast.
@@CodyCole80 why you say that. Its a way of humbling yourself before God. And with sabbath being a worship day it seems to be the best day in my eyes but could you explain because I've done ot as a way to show God full devotion combined with studying the word and with prayer. Not saying your wrong but would like to know why you say dont
