This was one of the best messages I have ever heard regarding politics and the Christian's role. We must remember that we are citizens of God's Kingdom, first and foremost, and that we have brothers and sisters in Christ who may have different political views. Although we may not agree politically, we love each other unconditionally because that is how Christ loves us and gave His life for us!

Theres a wideness in Gods mercy. Blessed are the merciful for they shall receive mercy. The Apostles message was of their merciful savior. Our mercy comes from Jesus also through His amazing grace! Thank you Jesus for grace reigning in us, and for eternal mercy.

Jesus said in Matt. 24.29-31. Immediately AFTER the tribulation the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not gave her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes (nations) of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds (east, west, north, and south) from one end of heaven to the other. The great tribulation will be worst than anyone could imagine. Read Isaiah 24 paying attention to verse 23.

Babylon the great, the “Mother of harlots” came out of the wilderness (verse 17: 3). and grew grest with all manner of luxuries and luxurious lifestyle so much so that the nations would like to be like her. She grew great also with the merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and pearls, and horses, and chariots, and SLAVES, and ‘souls of men’. (all manner of sexual immorality and evil doings). EDIT: Rev. 18.

Havent listened to X-roads for awhile. Church hasnt come together here, my lease is up and am moving back to my hometown. A relationship is not working out so well, so im discouraged about that area of my life. But not spiritually. Expecting things of others who do not obey my requests and commands is not how the body of Christ works in the church. My prayer for what a restraining order, will protect me ,off the reservation , for people from a past evil done to me ,who have not been born again nor concerned with changing from addictions, or are backslidden to such a state ,that they dont care about the things of Jesus, grace, abundant life, serving , and joy anymore, is ungoing. Successful steps have been taken by me to have all things work out to Gods glory , so my life is as straightened out as i can understand .

May I please respectfully correct the pastor? Daniel said that he was a husband to Lynn, but then he called her his bride. If he is a bridegroom, then she is his bride, but then at 52:24 he correctly said, "My wife." We are currently the Bride of Christ because He is still our Bridegroom; but when He returns in the clouds to take us up to be with Him and to go with Him to the Father's house to consummate the marriage, we will be the wife of God, no longer His Bride. I'm rejoicing in this knowledge, and hoping that every day will be that special day.
