I ordered these clip ins in Yaki Straight 14" a few days ago based upon another video you made. I SENT THEM BACK TODAY! The tracks are quite thin and in my opinion NOT worth the money. The number of pieces vary from 7-10 according to the texture of the hair. Yaki Straight has 7 pieces. The length was Barely 14" including the thin ends and it definitely wouldn't fit my whole head because the tracks are too thin (I have a small head). Due to the thinness of the tracks, in my opinion, one would need to purchase 2 packages to achieve the desired look. The hair was soft but too silky for my hair texture. Customer service is great.

@@Kerajuanita1 no, they do not damage my hair. I take them out before i go to bed. Some people leave them in and just wrap their hair with them. I enjoy the versatility.

I wish I could bleach these to match the copper bayalage I have in my natural hair 😖 I was literally checking out when something said to double check if they can be bleached. I'm so bummed!!!! they shouldn’t yank your hair out if you’re not putting them in too tight! just watch a few videos before that’s what i did, also don’t sleep with them in bc then they’ll definitely pull🤍

Hey Meg, I purchased some better length clipins last October. When I was getting ready to use them I realized that 90% off the clips were defective. I emailed better length . They asked me to make a video I did. I told them I even applied a semi permanent color( adore) and yet to this day they have not reimbursed me or even try to finalized something with me. It’s very disappointing that I spend $167 and I can’t use my clipins 😢
