How to open the survey in portal side.

I still have issue with triggering survey notifications as you had in this video. Will servicenow really triggers survey notification OOB??

Same here. In this video, is shown how to ASSIGN a Survey to someone. The first part of creating the trigger condition for Survey will be needed for sending email notifications as well. In other situations, we need to send an email notification when an Incident is Closed or Resolved to the caller to complete the survey, and we need to add to the conditions when creating the email notification: When " event is Fired" and the Event name: record.send_survey. My only issue is that the survey is triggered in another email notification, not the one i created.
