Most Delicious Thai Food @ Samsen (Sheung Wan, Hong Kong)

We went to Samsen for Thai food in central Hong Kong today. When we arrived at 5:45 p.m., there was already a lineup outside the restaurant. The restaurant's setting is modern, rustic, and chill. We were lucky that the restaurant was big, and we were able to be seated in the first seating. We order many dishes to try, including chicken satay, wagyu beed satay, fried rice with crab meat, pad Thai with tiger prawn, beef khao soi, and stirfry morning glory with garlic and chili.
