    I had endometriosis also... YES very painful and heavy periods. I've had problems with pregnancy also and had to undergo Laparoscopy to remove scar tissue and "clean up" my reproductive areas... I also took fertility drugs to conceive. My beautiful son is 20 years old and in college. But it was certainly a journey...

    I'm sorry, but that meal is not very anti-inflammatory. Studying holistic nutrition and dealing with endo myself I've researched for years. Animal products, not just dairy but meat as well, are not the best choice when trying to reduce inflammation. You want to stay away from them as much as possible and soy as well.

    • @JanaeCrawford
      @JanaeCrawford Před 5 lety +2

      D Pagne yes! From what I’ve discovered it’s more of a general thing. Like for a few months be relatively strict and see if your symptoms improve then have other food that is inflammatory but in moderation if you must. Like for me it’s become a lifestyle so I try to eat really clean 1 week before my period and the rest of the time I still eat clean but I do indulge in vegan ice cream and chips and snacks and stuff. But ide say 85% of my diet is whole unprocessed anti inflammatory no estrogen, plant based vegan foods. The rest is my indulgences lol. But I still try to keep sugar, caffeine and alcohol especially in check since those are big red flags when it comes to endo. (Also canola oil) I have them just not too often or too much. I hope that helps some! ❤️

      I agree She is not a physician, it is dangerous and misleading to promote a diet that ‘prevents ‘ endo. It does not miraculously end in you having a baby because you are struggling to get pregnant. there are so many other factors involved. I love Tia but this is sooo wrong. Like you say, at least have a doctor with you on set to back up your so called ‘claims’🤦🏽‍♀️ This is just about money. I really expected better

      Tia has helped her situation, but I would go a step further and cut out meat...slowly

Diet can help symptoms but it doesn’t mean it won’t grow back. I have stage 4.. if it’s going to grow back it’s going to grow back regardless of if I eat clean or not.
