Delta Flex "umpire" harness? What makes it so?

The traditional harness had a silver outline. All-Star did umpires a favor with this all-black version.

@@UmpAttire now that I have got Mt Delta mask harness adjusted properly I really like it. It took a minute to get it right wearing a Cobalt hard cap.
