Hey Alex I can do nollie heels on one of my setups with a boxy deck and I feel that boxy decks might help you, you can find boxy deck on teak tuning

I noticed when you were playing the other guys clip in slo mo that when he does it his board actually landed farther back from where he popped his Ollie. Perhaps that plays a part in getting it so clean.

14:14 thats probably a dirty bearing or sand inside the bearing because if it can unscrew the locknut there is something that rotates the locknut with thw bearing.

If anyone wants to learn nollie heels. I highly recommend what Alex did and learn nollies in the nollie heel pose. This helped me so much. But it still is a very hard trick, so like Alex dont stop trying you will get it. Great vid once again btw! :)

Just tried that nollie hand placement trick after struggling for a while, got my first nollie FIRST TRY! The one thing that still confuses me is how to get my ring finger out of the way, as it keeps catching the board before I’m able to get any pop.

I saw this about an hour ago and I've been working on getting Nollies down. I've done a couple accidental Kflips and Heels but nothing consistent. It did help to Nollie off a Kicker though. I have 0 XP skating switch IRL or on FB's. Still trying to hit Reggie Heels. That Jack dude makes it looks so friggen easy....Frustrating. lol

P.S. It is really hard to tell what flip it is too! Like was that a Kick or Heel... I'm in the same stage currently. It's super hard. I feel like Reg Heels are harder than Nollie Heels at this point.

you also have to have your (fingertips) comfortably on the board with the back finger on the side of the tail closer to you and front behind screws

Epic gamer tip: put more pressure on the nose then the back finger and really try to keep your front finger in place to stop the board from rotating

They felt alright for the first day or so but now feel somewhat inconsistent! One of the bearings on one of the wheels makes the locknut fall off no matter where I put the wheel!

Tip for nollies... Practise without a board the motion just like an Ollie it should look like , and if your fingers get in the way and it fells just like you nollie with a grab, let it Happen it will get better. 🙃😜Hope this helps
